every time i open my facebook nowadays it hurts my brain and i want to get rid of it. there’s the apps and their notifications, the ads with the photos of my friends (often using photos of my friends), and the terrible design. and now this. but my identity isn’t all mine—i want to see who is posting about me, and posting photos of me. i want keep up with school and social events. i want control over me, and i’m there no matter what. facebook wins, damnit.
